As the COVID-19 Pandemic continues throughout the world, parts of the United States are rolling out “back to work” plans in order to re-open businesses and positively impact the economy.

WellHealth has announced new initiatives to support the North Texas community in light of the back to work plans, as well as expanding a suite of services for patients in North Texas.

__Back to Work Screenings

WellHealth is supporting employers in North Texas by offering a new COVID-19 mobile testing service. WellHealth is setting up mobile testing screenings at facilities across North Texas to ensure the safety and health of employees as they get back to work. It is of utmost importance that organizations employ proper testing protocols prior to opening to ensure a safe, COVID-19 free workplace.

__Working on the Front Lines

Since March 2020, WellHealth has leveraged best-in-class technological capabilities and strategic partnerships with advanced laboratories to offer the following:

COVID-19 testing with results within 24-48 hours. These tests are available for any North Texas resident in accordance with Federal testing guidelines and limitations FREE COVID-19 testing for healthcare workers and first responders without health insurance  Telemedicine visits and COVID-19 screenings via Facebook messenger

__Uncertainty Breeds Innovation

With many primary care providers understaffed and overrun with patients, WellHealth developed the first of its kind, fully automated, COVID-19 screening via Facebook messenger. Patients who are concerned that their symptoms may be COVID-19 related can access a quick 5-minute screening on Facebook, and be instantly placed into a queue to schedule a telemedicine appointment with a WellHealth physician should they require additional examination. WellHealth believes this type of innovation fosters a long-term engagement with patients which in turn drive long-term health outcomes.

WellHealth believes this type of action represents a new primary care experience, where modern, accessible, precision health and wellness are available to patients when they need it most.
